They don’t stain easily!

No pain

Your teeth and gums must be healthy before you get veneers. The dentist can treat any issue or decay before your veneers are placed such as tooth extractions, Cavities, root canals and bridges.

Although the dentist removes as little tooth enamel as possible for veneers, the process cannot be undone once the enamel is removed.

To prepare the teeth, The dentist removes a small amount of enamel from the front and sides of the teeth.

This makes room for the veneers so that your teeth look natural.

The dentist makes an impression to design the custom veneer. At this time you can choose the veneer shade that you desire.

The impression is sent to a dental lab that custom-makes the porcelain veneers to fit your teeth.

The dentist will give you temporary veneers to wear in the meantime.

At the next visit, the dentist places the veneers on the teeth to check the fit and shape. Cleaning, polishing and scoring the tooth for a strong bonding process. After any adjustments, the veneers are bonded to the tooth.

After your dentist places your veneers, you can expect mild numbness that will be gone within just a few hours. You can expect a quick recovery, resuming to normal activities immediately after veneers are placed on your teeth. If you experience any continued pain, swelling, or discomfort, you should contact your dentist. Veneers can correct any tooth misalignment problems, chips, cracks, or fractures leaving you with a bright and beautiful smile.

Resin Veneers

Composite veneers can be accomplished in a single visit

Cost less than porcelain veneers

No pain

Are easy to fix if they get damaged; although composite veneers are generally not as strong or wear-resistant as porcelain veneers, composite veneers can be repaired easily and quickly

Your dentist will begin the process by deeply cleaning your teeth thoroughly, prepping them for the application. They may have to remove a thin layer of your enamel to help the material stick to your teeth.

An adhesive glue is applied to help the composite resin material stick to your teeth. Next, very thin layers of the composite material are added to the surface of your teeth. The dentist will harden layers of the composite material with a light and clean up any stray edges, polishing them so they are smooth.

You will be fine to return to normal activities as before you had the surgery. It is important that you take good care of your resin veneers and they should have a lifespan of 5-7 Years. In order to keep your veneers from cracking or breaking, you should avoid eating or chewing on hard objects.
